We are currently investigating a server issue affecting some zMailCloud accounts. Some accounts may experience general slowness or problems connecting or accessing their accounts at this time.

Our engineers are focusing on finding the cause of the intermittent performance hits at this time. We apologize for the delay in resolution.

We anticipate an improvement in performance OR an update to status by 3 PM CST. Thank you for your patience and for being a customer of zMailCloud.

zMailCloud has a standard maintenance period every Saturday evening from 10:00 pm to Sunday morning at 4:00 am CST/CDT. Services are usually available during this period.

While we attempt to minimize even scheduled service interruptions, during the window of 11:30 pm to 12:30 am CST/CDT on Saturday evenings, without additional advanced warning we may test, apply fixes or improvements to the zMailCloud environment. These fixes, tests or improvements are considered Scheduled Maintenance, and may cause services to be unavailable for some users or groups for from 5 to 30 minutes. If you're experiencing issues at this time, please check our system status page, where we will notify you of any scheduled maintenance.
